Terms of Service

Welcome to Auronix Space. By accessing the website or using any of its hosted tools and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Auronix Space ("the Project") provides software tools, web applications, and digital services. These Terms apply to all visitors and users who access the ecosystem.

2. Intellectual Property and Private Source Code

All rights reserved. The source code, software architecture, algorithms, branding, logos, website layout, UI/UX designs, and original text content within the Auronix Space ecosystem are the sole proprietary intellectual property of Auronix Space.

  • No Reverse Engineering: Your access is limited strictly to using the front-end interface of the hosted web applications.
  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tool or service within this project.

3. Limited Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the live, hosted web applications on Cloudflare for personal or professional use, provided your usage does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the tools or platform architecture. Prohibited activities include:

  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, or bypass the security infrastructure of the Cloudflare deployments (e.g., DDoS attacks).
  • Using the automated communication or file tools to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
  • Scraping web data or using the hosted tools to power malicious automated bots or scrapers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding the reliability, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose of any tool in the categories. Software can have bugs; you use these tools entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Auronix Space and its founder shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the services — even if the Project has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Voluntary Donations

Any financial support sent via the donation page is purely voluntary to assist with hosting costs. Donations do not grant you access to the private source code, nor do they grant ownership, special shares, or legal claims over the Project. All donations are non-refundable.

8. Changes to Terms

The Project reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect software updates or legal changes. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
